Job Description

We seek a formal, experienced Social Safeguards/GBV Officer to implement and monitor social safeguards, lead GBV prevention and response efforts, manage confidential incident documentation, facilitate referrals, and engage community stakeholders. The Officer will coordinate closely with project teams and partners to ensure safe, survivor-centered practices.

  • Qualifications: Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Sociology, Gender Studies, or related field; GBV or safeguards training preferred.
  • Experience: Community or development project work, strong communication and reporting skills required.
