Job Description
Phillips Outsourcing seeks an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to lead digital initiatives for our microfinance banking clients in Abuja. You will design and execute campaigns that advance financial inclusion, manage social platforms, craft persuasive content and client success stories, and run targeted Meta and Google ads to acquire borrowers and savers. Monitor and analyze performance, optimize advertising, and build online trust across customer acquisition funnels.
- Requirements: proven digital/social media experience, strong copywriting, ad optimization skills, and analytical ability.
- Preferred: experience in financial services, microfinance, or fintech.
- Position: Full-time. Salary: ₦180,00–₦350,00 per month.
