Job Description

  • Develop and execute a robust social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals and brand objectives.
  • Identify target audiences and tailor content to effectively reach and engage them.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure the brand remains ahead of the curve.
  • Create compelling and shareable content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing and on-brand multimedia content.
  • Foster a vibrant and positive online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and addressing inquiries or concerns.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions to drive brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Stay informed about changes in social media algorithms, new platforms, and industry best practices.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve the brand’s social media presence.
  • Utilize social media analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics.
  • Provide regular reports on social media performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
  • Ability to use design tools such as CANVA.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with social media advertising and paid campaigns.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦150,00.00 – ₦200,00.00 per month

  • Social Media: 2 years (Required)

  • Lekki (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Lekki: Relocate before starting work (Required)
