Job Description
TheShopThera is seeking a full-time Social Media Manager to manage Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business. The role involves planning, creating, and publishing posts, stories, reels, and videos; developing weekly and monthly content calendars; writing consistent on-brand captions; monitoring and responding to comments and customer messages; and tracking engagement and content performance.
The manager will prepare regular performance reports, apply relevant social trends, support promotions and product launches, collaborate with internal teams for accurate and timely content, and protect the brand voice and online reputation.
- Salary: ₦150,00–₦200,00 per month
