We are recruiting to fill the position of Social Media Manager in Lagos on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with RabloWoods’ brand and business objectives.
• Create engaging content across platforms to boost brand visibility and engagement.
• Manage social media accounts, ensure timely responses, and foster a positive online community.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate social media efforts into marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance RabloWoods’ digital presence.
• Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in professional services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset and eye for design and content aesthetics.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools for tracking key metrics.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
