Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, enhance engagement, and drive traffic to our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Identify target audiences and create content that resonates with them.
- Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and ensure consistency in messaging.
- Manage and oversee all social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into our social media approach.
- Foster community engagement and build relationships with followers.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using relevant tools.
- Prepare regular reports showcasing key metrics and insights, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams for campaign development.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Optimize ads for performance and ROI.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience / flare for Social Media Manager or similar role.
- BSC in Mass communication or Marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity in developing engaging content.
- Experience with social media analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Familiarity with advertising on social media platforms.
