Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media/Events Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media platforms and organizing various events to promote our brand and enhance customer engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Creating and curating engaging content for social media platforms, including images, videos, and blog posts.
- Monitoring social media channels and responding to customer inquiries and comments in a timely manner.
- Planning and executing events, such as product launches, conferences, and community activities.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful event planning and execution.
- Analyzing social media metrics and event performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with proven experience in managing social media platforms and organizing events. Strong communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail are essential for this role.
