Job Description
Little Miss Ng is on the lookout for a dedicated and proactive Social Media & Customer Service Specialist to enhance our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to social media inquiries, posting daily updates, and crafting engaging content. Additionally, you will prepare a monthly social media calendar, manage inventory, package orders, and address customer requests promptly.
Requirements: Applicants must possess at least a Secondary School Certificate, reside in the Gudu, Durumi, or Apo areas, and be available to work five days a week from 9 AM to 5 PM, including alternating Saturdays. A strong interest in fashion and proficiency in social media and editing applications are crucial for this role.
