Job Description
Tobi Finds is the group company for TSN, specializing in bringing cutting-edge products to the Nigerian Market. We are seeking a Social Media Customer Representative to engage with customers, manage social media channels, and provide excellent service.
- Provide excellent customer service and attention to detail
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly on social media
- Resolve customer issues efficiently via social media
- Have good product knowledge to assist customers effectively
- Stay updated on social media trends
Requirements:
- Customer service skills
- Located near Ikota, Lagos
- Minimum 1 year of social media or customer service experience
- Knowledge of social media best practices
- Strong writing skills with good grammar
