Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of SME sales associates to achieve sales targets.
- Develop strategies to grow the bank’s SME client portfolio.
- Maintain strong relationships with SME clients ensuring tailored solutions.
- Analyze market trends for new business opportunities.
- Track and evaluate sales performance, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 5-8 years in SME sales, especially in Microfinance Banks.
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Familiar with banking products and financial regulations.

Pay: ₦400,00.00 – ₦500,00.00 per month
