Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Advisor to drive small business growth and expand access to domestic and international markets. The Advisor will design market-entry strategies, conduct market and export-readiness analyses, foster public–private partnerships, and deliver targeted capacity-building for SMEs.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in SME development, trade, or market access.
• Strong analytical skills and proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• MSc or equivalent preferred.
