Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will oversee all aspects of day-to-day activities on construction sites to ensure high-quality work, health, and safety standards are met. The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for managing on-site staff, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, providing project updates, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, budgets, and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and tools
• Experience in supervising construction sites
• Familiarity with construction health and safety regulations
• Ability to manage on-site staff and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors
• Ability to read and interpret project specifications, budgets, and deadlines
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or related field
