Job Description
We are currently seeking a diligent and experienced Site Nurse/Occupational Health Nurse to join our team. As a Site Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing healthcare services to our employees, ensuring their well-being and safety in the workplace.
Your main responsibilities will include conducting health assessments, administering first aid, and managing any work-related injuries or illnesses. You will also be responsible for implementing health and safety initiatives, such as conducting health promotion programs and providing training on occupational health topics.
To excel in this role, you should have a valid nursing license and be knowledgeable about occupational health standards and regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be collaborating with employees, management, and external healthcare providers.
Basic computer skills are required, as you will be responsible for maintaining medical records and preparing reports on health-related statistics and trends. Additionally, you should have excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work well under pressure.
