Job Description
Puratos is seeking a skilled Site Manager for our facility in Ceparana. In this role, you will oversee the operational management of the site, ensuring effective production planning and coordination with various departments, including Operations, R&D, Quality, Safety, and Procurement. Key responsibilities include monitoring quality standards, managing maintenance activities, and promoting continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean, TPM, and Six Sigma methodologies.
Ideal candidates will possess a Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field, with 5–7 years of operational management experience. Proficiency in Continuous Improvement tools and SAP is required, alongside excellent communication and organizational skills. A solid understanding of production planning practices and the ability to foster team development and collaboration across functions are essential.
