Job Description
BashleeNG, a respected construction firm, is seeking a qualified Site Engineer with demonstrable experience in steel structure projects to join their team in Awka-Ibom. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, maintaining the quality of steel works, and collaborating with project managers and site personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all steel construction activities.
- Accurately interpret engineering drawings.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate effectively with subcontractors and site workers.
- Monitor material usage and manage documentation.
- Address and resolve technical issues on-site.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in steel construction.
- Strong knowledge of steel fabrication and erection practices.
