Job Description
Our client, Amy Consulting, an Architectural & Property Development Firm located at Ikoyi, Lagos is in need of a Site Engineer. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for managing different parts of construction projects, supervising crew members, preparing estimates for time and material costs, and completing quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site.
- Ensure that work is carried out according to the approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure that construction work meets the required standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks.
- Conduct safety briefings and promote a safe working environment.
- Track progress against the project schedule.
- Ensure that materials meet specifications and are delivered on time.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to address design or construction issues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed site records, including daily reports, inspection reports, and as-built drawings.
- Keep a record of all changes and variations to the original construction plans.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure that they are meeting their contractual obligations.
- Oversee site surveying and layout activities to ensure accurate positioning of structures and elements.
Key Requirements:
- Bsc/HND in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Technology.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
- Ability to read and interpret design drawings, AutoCAD and ORION, Microsoft projects, Word, and Excel.

Salary: ₦100,00.00 – ₦150,00.00 per month
