Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Shop Manager in the Food and Beverages department. As a Shop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage shop, ensuring exceptional customer service and optimizing sales performance.
Your key responsibilities will include supervising and training staff, managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and implementing effective marketing strategies. You will also be involved in creating and updating menus, monitoring costs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar position within the food and beverage industry is preferred.
