We are seeking a dedicated Shop Assistant responsible for handling orders via calls, walk-ins, and web orders. The ideal candidate should have a minimum SSCE qualification, with at least 2 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Process orders via calls, walk-ins, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to market goods and work well in a team.
- Friendly demeanor and creative mindset; balloon experience is a plus.
Work Schedule: 6 days a week
