Job Description
Rotic Aluminium is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Shift Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during their assigned shift, ensuring that production goals are met while fostering a safe and efficient work environment.
The Shift Supervisor will coordinate team activities, proactively address any issues that may arise, and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. Strong leadership capabilities and effective communication skills are essential for this role. Previous supervisory experience is highly preferred.
