Job Summary
The Service Support Analyst provides telephone support, resolves trouble tickets, and ensures customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include preparing monthly reports and escalating unresolved issues.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: HND
- Experience Level: Entry level
- Experience Length: 1 year
- ITIL and Cisco Certification are advantages
- Knowledge of network management tools is required
