About the Role:
The Service Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for customers, coordinating with Service Advisors, organizing appointments, and managing customer and vehicle data.
Responsibilities:
- Receive customers and coordinate vehicle handovers.
- Obtain service approval from customers.
- Utilize service reception checklists.
- Ensure customer appointments are maintained.
- Document performed work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in the automotive sector.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
