Job Description

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Salary: N250,00

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM; Saturday from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Service Manager to oversee our workshop operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing technicians, scheduling jobs, and ensuring outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train staff effectively.
  • Manage daily workshop operations and job scheduling.
  • Implement quality control measures.
  • Monitor and control workshop costs efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Technology.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in service management.
  • Proficient with workshop management software.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
