Job Description
Whip-smart Service Providers is on the lookout for a proactive Crypto Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Ajah Lekki. As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will deliver exceptional support related to cryptocurrency transactions, wallets, trading, and blockchain services.
This role offers a competitive salary ranging from ₦80,00 to ₦100,00 per month, along with flexible working hours, either from 8 am to 8 pm or 8 pm to 8 am, with two days off.
Your key responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and educating users about our services. Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of cryptocurrencies are essential for success in this role.
