Job Description
SIMS Nigeria Limited is currently looking for a talented Service Center Manager to lead our service center’s operations, ensuring optimal performance and strategic direction. The successful candidate will prioritize customer satisfaction, uphold high service standards, and promote ongoing process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage and mentor staff, as well as oversee inventory processes.
- Evaluate performance and provide coaching when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Implement initiatives for continuous enhancement of service operations.
Qualifications: A B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration or a related field, alongside 5–7 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and be proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP software.
