Job Description
We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Servers, Waiters, and Waitresses. As a Server/Waiter/Waitress, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Take customers’ orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen staff
- Ensure tables are set up properly and clean, ready to welcome guests
- Provide detailed information about menu items, making recommendations when needed
- Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Address guests’ inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude
