Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Well Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Well Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of well design, construction, and operation.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop well drilling and completion plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will conduct thorough onsite inspections and provide technical expertise to resolve any well-related issues or challenges that arise.
Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing data and providing recommendations for optimization and cost efficiency. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be essential in ensuring well integrity and maximizing production output.
To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field and a minimum of 8 years of experience in well operations. You should possess excellent leadership abilities and the ability to work under pressure.
