Job Description
We seek a Senior UX Designer to lead user-centered design across web and mobile platforms. You will conduct user research, synthesize insights, and translate findings into wireframes and interactive prototypes. Define information architecture, establish design patterns, and validate solutions through usability testing. Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to align design and technical delivery, and mentor junior designers to elevate team practice.
- Requirements: 5+ years in UX, a strong portfolio, proficiency with Figma or Sketch, demonstrable usability testing experience, and excellent communication skills.
