Job Description
We seek a Senior Research & Insights Associate to lead rigorous qualitative and quantitative studies, translate data into strategic recommendations, and present findings to clients and partners. The role includes research design, fieldwork management, data analysis oversight, and mentoring junior staff.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s in social sciences, market research, or a related field; 5+ years of research experience; native-level English.
- Skills: survey design, statistical analysis (SPSS/R/Python), data visualization, strong writing and stakeholder communication.
- Preferred: project management experience, familiarity with development or policy research, and willingness to travel.
