Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Research Analyst to lead data-driven initiatives that inform strategic decisions. The successful candidate will design and execute research projects, manage and curate datasets, and apply rigorous quantitative and qualitative methods to derive actionable insights.
- Develop research plans, conduct analyses using SQL and Python or R, and synthesize findings into clear reports.
- Present results to stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement recommendations.
- Maintain high standards for data integrity, interpretation, and communication.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field, 5+ years of research experience, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent verbal and written communication.
