Reports to: Head Quantity Surveyor

Job Description: The Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage the measurement and valuation of construction works to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule. This role provides expert advice on quantity matters and entails cost control and coordination with project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.
• Review contracts, manage variations and claims.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide value engineering advice.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying.
• 4-7 years experience.
