Job Description
A reputable Quantity Surveying, Project Management, and Development Consultants based in Lagos is recruiting for a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with stakeholders
- Handle tender documentation
- Advise on variations and cost control
- Prepare claims and project accounts
- Manage billing process
- Attend project meetings
Qualifications
- Degree in Quantity Surveying with 8+ years in Build, civil, and infrastructure Projects
- Proficient in Civils, M&E engineering, and NIQS Professional qualification
- Strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel
- Proven track record in successful tender conversions
Salary: N300,00 – N400,00 monthly
