Job Description
- Project Planning and Strategy Responsibility: Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with strategic goals.
- Project Execution Responsibility: Lead project teams in executing energy projects, monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration Responsibility: Cultivate relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Engage with prospective clients to understand requirements.
- Budget and Resource Management Responsibility: Manage budgets, track expenditures, allocate resources efficiently, identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Compliance Responsibility: Develop and enforce robust HSE protocols to ensure safety.
Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in managing infrastructure/energy projects at a senior level.
- Core Competencies: Project Planning, Project Execution, Risk Management, Energy Projects Value Chain, and more.
- Education/Qualification Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. PMP certification is an advantage.
