Job Description
As a Senior Product Manager at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the development and enhancement of our Core Banking product line. Your main role will be working closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, drive execution, and ensure successful product launches in the market.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business goals.
- Conduct market research and gather customer insights to understand industry trends and identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to create and deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions.
- Define and prioritize product features, requirements, and roadmap based on customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Manage the product lifecycle, including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in product management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Demonstrated success in launching and managing complex software products and platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
