Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior POS Support Associate to join our team. As a Senior POS Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support for our point-of-sale (POS) systems across all store locations. You will have a deep understanding of the POS software, hardware, and network infrastructure, and will be able to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Your main duties will include providing technical assistance to store staff, conducting trainings, and managing the overall efficiency of the POS system. In addition, you will collaborate with the IT department to implement system upgrades and evaluate new technologies to improve the overall performance and user experience of our POS system.
The ideal candidate for this position has at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and has a proactive attitude towards resolving technical issues. You must also have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
