Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Finance & Accounting to lead financial planning, reporting, and compliance across the organization. The role is responsible for month-end close, budgeting and forecasting, audit coordination, and delivering concise stakeholder reporting while driving process improvements.
- Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring strong internal controls.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and optimize ERP-based processes.
- Prepare management reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred; minimum 8 years of progressive finance experience; advanced ERP and Excel proficiency; demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
