Job Description
A leading multinational company is seeking a highly motivated Senior Legal Counsel to join their dynamic legal team. As Senior Legal Counsel for Operations, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert legal advice and guidance on a wide range of operational matters.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising on legal issues related to the company’s day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts and agreements.
- Assessing and managing legal risks associated with business operations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance and support business objectives.
- Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Providing legal training to internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Juris Doctor degree and a valid license to practice law.
- At least 8 years of professional experience as a legal counsel, with a focus on operations.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial contracts, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
