Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate must have at least 7 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on contract negotiation, compliance, and risk management.
Responsibilities include providing legal advice to senior management, drafting and reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The candidate must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent communication abilities.
Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) degree, active bar membership, and proven track record in handling complex legal matters. Experience in a multinational company is preferred.
