Job Description
If you are an experienced legal professional with strong communication skills in English, we have an exciting job opportunity for you. As a Senior Legal Counsel (Anglophone), you will play a crucial role in our organization, providing expert legal advice and guidance to our senior management team and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel in English on various legal matters, including contracts, agreements, and compliance issues.
- Participate in contract negotiations and ensure legal terms are properly reviewed and incorporated.
- Conduct legal research and analysis, staying updated with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal support for business operations and initiatives.
- Assist in managing legal risks and ensuring legal compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a practicing lawyer, specializing in corporate law.
- Strong knowledge of commercial contracts and agreements.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and drafting skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
