Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Lead in Talent Acquisition to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Lead, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet our organization’s hiring needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies in alignment with company objectives.
  • Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment plans.
  • Utilize various channels and tools to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, networks, and organizations to expand the candidate pipeline.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on the status and effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring top talent.
  • Strong knowledge of current recruitment trends, sourcing techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
