Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Technician to join our team. As a Senior IT Technician, you will be responsible for providing professional technical support and guidance to our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department.
- Manage and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Implement and maintain IT infrastructure and systems.
- Offer technical support and assistance to staff members.
- Ensure adherence to IT policies and procedures.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
