Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT-Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Senior IT-Business Analyst, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions. Your main focus will be on analyzing and documenting business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance our organization’s efficiency and effectiveness.
You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and management, to gather requirements and translate them into clear and concise specifications. Additionally, you will be involved in the testing and implementation phases to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects.
Key requirements for this role include a solid understanding of both business and technology concepts, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proven experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design. Proficiency in project management methodologies, data analysis, and stakeholder management is also essential.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT-Business Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma
- Proficiency in data modeling and visualization tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
