Job Description

• Manage & administer the company’s Payroll shared services, ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly payroll activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of payroll.
• Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration.
• Knowledge of and competence in HR Analytics.
• Manage the employee lifecycle from hire to exit.
• Prepare HR monthly reports.
• Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
• Manage the company’s HRIS for information accuracy.
• Build and manage relationships with all HR vendors.
• Good understanding of expatriate administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Associate member of CIPM, HRCI, CIPD, or any relevant HR Professional certification or Master’s in HR Management.
• 5 – 7 years of work experience.
• Strong knowledge and experience in payroll administration.
• People-oriented and results-driven.
• Knowledge of any HRIS.
• Good understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• People management skills.
• Self-motivated individual.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
