Job Description
We are seeking a self-driven Senior HR Recruiter to join Gratitude’s remote team. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, source and attract high-quality candidates locally and internationally, and partner with hiring managers to build diverse talent pipelines. Key responsibilities include developing targeted sourcing strategies, screening and assessing candidates, maintaining accurate ATS records, providing weekly hiring updates, and nurturing strong candidate relationships.
Requirements: 6+ years of recruiting experience, excellent sourcing and communication skills, proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment. International recruitment experience (UAE, US, UK, Canada, Europe, Asia) is a plus.
