Job Description

Salve Consulting Limited is looking for a skilled Senior HR Officer to spearhead the design and execution of employee learning and performance programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing training initiatives, overseeing performance appraisals, and facilitating leadership development.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective learning and development strategies.
Administer training programs and monitor participant progress.
Oversee the performance appraisal process and support initiatives for leadership growth.

Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; a minimum of 5 years of experience in training and performance management; and strong proficiency in HRIS and LMS.

Benefits: Competitive salary of N300,00 – N350,00/month, including pension, life assurance, health maintenance organization (HMO), and leave allowance.
