Job Description
Description: As a prominent Fintech solutions provider based in Nigeria, we offer a comprehensive range of services, including bills payment solutions, logistics applications, and bulk SMS solutions for both providers and users.
We are currently seeking a seasoned senior fullstack software developer to take charge of the entire development lifecycle, from conception to delivery, for our applications.
Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing production code while developing and delivering new enhancements and products to our client base.
- Create reliable, high-performance service applications using PHP (Laravel 5.1 and above), React, and jQuery.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the intricacies of financial applications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, with a minimum of 4 years of programming experience in PHP (Laravel).
- Proficiency with relational databases (MySQL).
- Familiarity with Redis, Git, Docker, PHP unit tests, Laravel Dusk, and jQuery.
- Bonus: Experience with React JS.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Commitment to producing readable, well-designed, and well-tested software.
