Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Estate Surveyor & Valuer to lead property valuations, due diligence, and asset management across residential and commercial portfolios. The role involves preparing clear, compliant valuation reports, advising on market trends, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting transactional and asset optimization activities.
- Requirements: degree in Real Estate or Surveying; 5+ years’ valuation experience; RICS or equivalent accreditation preferred.
- Skills: strong analytical, negotiation, and report-writing abilities; proficiency with valuation software and advanced Excel.
