Job Description
SWATX is on the lookout for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to design and refine CRM solutions that boost customer engagement and enhance business processes. The ideal candidate should possess significant experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the development of CRM solutions, customize Dynamics 365 modules, integrate with enterprise systems, and offer support to end-users.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, a minimum of 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, and proficiency in Power Platform, C#, JavaScript, and SQL Server.
