Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Counsel to join our legal team. The Senior Counsel will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance to the organization, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and managing legal risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise and support management on legal matters related to corporate governance, contracts, litigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure the organization’s policies and procedures align with current laws and regulations.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal opinions.
- Represent the organization in legal proceedings and negotiations.
- Manage external legal counsel and build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Law degree from a reputable institution.
- Admission to the bar.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience as legal counsel.
- Extensive knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and litigation.
