Job Description

Kennedia Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Finance Manager to lead financial strategy for global renewable energy projects. You will supervise financial modeling, valuation, capital raising (debt, equity, project finance), transaction execution, and due diligence for M&A and joint ventures. Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and long-term forecasting while managing relationships with lenders, investors, and advisors.

  • Minimum 7+ years in corporate finance, investment, or project finance
  • Professional qualification preferred (ACA, ACCA, CFA, CPA)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Full-time; hybrid remote in Lagos; salary ₦1,00,00–₦2,00,00/month
