Job Description
Location: Lekki Phase 1
Salary: ₦400,00 net per month + 10% commission
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Executive (BDE) to enhance growth by acquiring high-value clients and securing outsourcing deals within our HR consulting services.
Key Responsibilities include new client acquisition, closing deals, lead generation, strategy execution, relationship building, and performance reporting.
Qualifications require 4+ years in business development, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in CRM tools.
Incentives include a 10% commission on successfully closed deals.
